1. Services
1.1. We are Film Magic Pictures Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “the Company,” or “Film Magic Pictures”). We own and operate the website, which provides convenient shopping services and online entertainment information via the Internet, including through applications or software (the “Services”).
1.2. By using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.3. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms and Conditions shall take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of our website and Services constitutes your acceptance of the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. Definitions:
1.4.1 “We” refers to Film Magic Pictures Limited or any entity providing the Services.
1.4.2 “You” refers to any person to whom we provide Services or deliver goods, and who is required to make payment for such goods.
1.4.3 “Content” means all text, images, logos, icons, photographs, video, motion graphics, sound, computer programs, or other materials displayed, selected, used, or associated with our website.
1.4.4 “Goods” means the goods or services that you order and pay for through our website.
1.4.5 “Intellectual Property Rights” means all patents, trademarks, domain names, design rights, copyrights, database rights (whether registered or unregistered), trade secrets, and all other intellectual property rights of similar nature, whether currently existing or arising in the future, anywhere in the world.
1.4.6 “Services” has the meaning set out in clause 1.1.
1.4.7 “Suppliers” means the sellers or providers of Goods ordered through our website.
- Registration
2.1. You must register with us to use the Services or place an order. By registering, you represent (and we are entitled to rely on such representation) that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2.2. You and all Suppliers providing Goods via our website represent that all orders placed through the website are within your authority to enter into a contract.
2.3. By using our Services, you agree to:
2.3.1 Provide true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when completing the registration form; and
2.3.2 Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure its accuracy and completeness. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your registration if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
- Orders
3.1. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the Goods from the Supplier at the specified price. Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled, even if we have not accepted or have rejected your order.
3.2. We will confirm receipt of your order via email.
3.3. Acceptance of your order will only cover the Goods specified in the confirmation and may not include all items ordered. Additional acceptance confirmations will be issued for remaining items if applicable.
3.4. Inventory displayed online is updated by Suppliers and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of availability.
3.5. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject or cancel any order for any reason.
3.6. If an order is cancelled, we will notify you via email and refund any amounts charged to your credit card within thirty (30) days of the order. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any dissatisfaction or damages.
- Pricing and Payment
4.1. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to display accurate and up-to-date prices on our website. However, prices are generally updated by Suppliers, and exact pricing may not be confirmed until acceptance of your order.
4.2. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund amounts charged to your credit card. You agree that we are not liable for any dissatisfaction or damages.
4.3. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your designated credit card for the total amount of the Goods upon acceptance of your order. Ownership of the Goods does not transfer to you until payment is received.
4.4. Third-party payment services may be used for online transactions. By placing an order, you agree that your credit card information may be collected, processed, and stored by us and the payment service provider, and you assume sole responsibility for any loss incurred in connection with such transactions.
- Delivery
5.1. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our discretion.
5.2. Risk of the Goods passes to you upon delivery to the designated address, which may include third-party logistics providers for overseas forwarding.
5.3. All products will be inspected and undergone quality control before shipping. Any minor variations or imperfections are up to our acceptable level of quality variance, and not qualified for exchange or refund.
5.4. Packaging is for protection only. Dents or scratches on the packaging box surface caused by delivery are not included in the Return & Refund policy.
Hong Kong Delivery:
5.5. Delivery is available daily within specified areas in Hong Kong, excluding the first two days of Lunar New Year and when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. If we refuse delivery, you agree to collect the Goods from our designated location, and no order cancellation or refund will be accepted.
5.6. Goods will be delivered by our staff or third-party suppliers. Upon receipt, you may be required to present photo identification. Failure to receive delivery may result in additional charges or order cancellation without refund.
Overseas Delivery:
5.7. For delivery outside Hong Kong, you agree that arrangements are made directly with the logistics provider, and all responsibilities and obligations arising from such delivery are between you and the provider.
5.8. We disclaim all liability for any express or implied obligations or liabilities arising from overseas delivery.
- Returns or Exchanges
6.1. Except as otherwise specified, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please review the Supplier’s return and exchange policies prior to ordering.
- Prohibited Conduct
10.1. You must not engage in any prohibited conduct. We may, without prior notice, remove content you upload and suspend or terminate your access.
10.2. Uploading or posting illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, infringing, obscene, defamatory, invasive of privacy, hateful, offensive, sensitive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
10.3. Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation.
10.4. Unauthorized use, alteration, or imitation of our logos, trademarks, or associated designs.
10.5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be subject to our final decision.
- Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
11.1. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or any part thereof.
11.2. We do not warrant that the website, its content, or functions (including product filtering) will be accurate, complete, or reliable. Product filtering results are for reference only.
11.3. Internet data transmission cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure. You transmit any information at your own risk.
11.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

11.5. You must comply with all applicable laws, including customs and import/export regulations. We make no representations or assume liability for export or import of Goods.

12.1. You represent and warrant that you will not:

12.1.3 Interfere with website operation or server/network integrity;
